Transnational Meeting I
The TM1 objectives were to gather the Coordination team face-to-face, so to exchange ideas on the project implementation, to divide responsibilities and set a detailed project timeline. Proper communication tools were discussed and agendas for the planned activities drafted. The partners drew up the lay-out of the Clubs4Europe website, social media and YouTube channel, set the impact indicators and agreed on the evaluation, communication and dissemination plans.
